Extreme metal supergroup LOCK UP will release its new album, "Necropolis Transparent", on July 1 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded in November-December 2010 at HVR Studios in Ipswich, United Kingdom and was mixed in January.

This single was chosen by the cult German Metal magazine LEGACY (www.legacy.de) for the compilation of their 70th issue released in 32000 copies, and by the Serbian NOCTURNE MAGAZINE( www.nocturnemagazine.net) for their upcoming compilation as well.
The band is back with their second official release for 2011, called "Cup of Mud". The album is a successor of their first official one, called "Insemination" released in January 2010 by the Romanian label AXA VALAHA PRODUCTIONS (www.myspace.com/axavalahaproductions). For this release the band inked a deal with the biggest Bulgarian label for Rock and Metal music WIZARD.LTD (www.wizard.bg), a company known for its partnership with almost every single major metal label or distributor in the world.
The artwork was done once again by one of the most famous Easter European graphic designers C. Chioreanu from TWILIGHT 13 MEDIA (www.twilight13media.com). The artwork itself, the tracklist, the upcoming tour dates over Europe and a brand new video for the "FROG" track are soon to be revealed.
The Bulgarian death metal invaders Enthrallment announced that they will take part on one of the biggest festivals for extreme music in Europe Obscene Extreme Fest" where they will share stage with bands such as BRUJERIA, ENTOMBED, BENEDICTION, BRUTAL TRUTH, LOCK UP, ROTTEN SOUND and many other.
The band inform us that at the moment they devotedly continue working on their new album and they hope to please their fans in very near future with new aggressive and breathtaking songs.
Poland's oldschool Death Metal machine THRONEUM are celebrating their 15th anniversary this year. Later this year Pagan Records will re-release their sold out classic albums including "Pestilent Death", "Old Death's Lair" and "Bestial Antihuman Evil". The reissues will contain many bonus tracks, either never released or available on different splits, plus revised and modified booklets and will be available as a digipack CD's and 12 picture vinyls, both in strictly limited editions. The band should also start the recording of their new fullenght "Death Throne Entities" soon.
An audio sample of "Nevermore", the first single from "Illud Divinum Insanus", the long-awaited eighth studio album from Florida-based death metal veterans MORBID ANGEL, is available for streaming at Amazon.com.
The "Nevermore" single will be made available on May 16 as a digital download and seven-inch vinyl single. The B-side is an exclusive version of new song "Destructos Vs. The Earth", remixed by COMBICHRIST.
The cover artwork for the single was designed by French artists Valnoir and Fursy Teyssier for Metastazis.
"Illud Divinum Insanus" will be released on June 7 (one day earlier internationally) via Season of Mist. The cover artwork was designed by Gustavo Sazes.
BLAZE OF PERDITION are set to release a new album in late Summer through Pagan Records titled The Hierophant. The album just got mixed and mastered by producer Tore Stjerna at Necromorbus Studio in Sweden. The band have revealed the artwork and the the tracklist for the album.
"I Am The King", the new video from Swedish death/thrashers IMPIOUS, can be viewed below. The song comes off the band's latest album, "Death Domination", which was released in North America in November 2009 via Metal Blade Records.
"Psychogenocide", the new album from Dubai, United Arab Emirates-based death/thrash metallers NERVECELL, is available for streaming in its entirety on the band's Facebook page. The stream will only be available until April 30.
"Psychogenocide" will be released on April 29 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland; and on May 2 in the rest of Europe through Lifeforce Records. The CD features guest vocals by guitarist/vocalist Karl Sanders of South Carolina-based extreme technical death metallers NILE on the song "Shunq (To The Despaired King Of Darkness)".
